Front- and back-of-house cleaning

Restaurant Cleaning Services in Chicago

Cleaning support for Chicago restaurants, cafés, bars, and food-service spaces. Separate routine facility cleaning from specialized hood, grease, pest, or equipment work, then schedule service around operations.

Areas to Include in the Scope

Clarify which food-contact surfaces restaurant staff clean and sanitize, and which non-food-contact surfaces belong to the provider. Separate the nightly checklist from weekly or monthly detail work so both sides understand what must be completed before opening.

Schedule Around Operations

State the closing and reopening window, access procedures, equipment that remains in use, and which tasks staff complete before the cleaner arrives. Confirm products and methods fit the surfaces and food-service environment. Include keys, alarm instructions, loading access, waste pickup timing, water or power availability, and the manager authorized to answer late-night questions. Frequency may differ between dining rooms, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and periodic floor projects.

Specialized Work Needs Separate Confirmation

Exhaust-hood service, grease-trap work, pest control, drain service, biohazard response, and kitchen-equipment maintenance should not be assumed to be part of general restaurant cleaning. For a useful quote, provide approximate square footage, seating capacity, floor types, operating hours, preferred frequency, priority areas, current trouble spots, and any inspection or reopening deadline.

We are a referral service. We do not perform the cleaning in-house.
