School Cleaning Services in Chicago
Recurring cleaning for Chicago schools, learning centers, childcare facilities, and administrative education spaces. Build the scope around occupancy, room use, and the window between dismissal and reopening.
School Areas to Include
- Classrooms, corridors, stairs, entryways, and offices
- Student and staff restrooms, cafeterias, common areas, and staff rooms
- Gym, activity, or multipurpose spaces when required
- Waste, floors, and high-touch shared surfaces
- Libraries, nurse offices, laboratories, and childcare rooms when included
- Entrances affected by snow, salt, mud, or heavy arrival and dismissal traffic
Room use changes the checklist. Cafeterias, early-childhood rooms, gyms, and evening-program spaces may need different frequencies from standard classrooms. Note which spaces are cleaned daily, which can rotate, and which require periodic detail work.
Plan for Occupancy and Scheduling
Provide occupancy, square footage, restroom count, after-school use, summer schedules, and available cleaning hours. Identify locked rooms, alarm procedures, visitor rules, and any screening requirements the facility expects. Include parking or loading instructions, key control, floor types, supply-storage access, and the facilities contact available during the cleaning window.
Recurring and Break-Period Work
Separate the daily or weekly checklist from periodic floor work, detail cleaning, and holiday or summer projects. Specialized laboratory cleanup, regulated waste, pest control, and hazardous-material response should be assigned to qualified specialists rather than assumed within routine school cleaning. Have the school calendar, room list, preferred frequency, priority areas, and break-period project list ready for the quote.
We are a referral service. We do not perform the cleaning in-house.
